If you want to lose weight, you need to create a calorie deficit. Eat and enjoy your favorite foods in moderation. That way, they don’t go “on” a diet or “off” a diet, but simply develop an eating program that is satisfying, healthy, and maintainable. It is often said, that we are the sum of the people we surround ourselves with. However, we humans are affected by so many factors that it is very unrealistic to think that these tips will work for a long term.
Even if sometimes it feels like all your friends and family want to sabotage your hard work every week with constant happy hours, brunches and various social gatherings.
